Have questions about the Counseling Services we provide? Please read below for answers.

  • How do I make an appointment?

    You can look at the bios of the clinicians and read about them. You can call the office and ask for that clinician or see who is available. The office staff can help you with your appointment and clinician selection.

  • I need an appointment on the weekend. Do you have weekend services?

    We have some clinicians who take weekend appointments. Please call the office to schedule your appointment during regular office hours.

  • Do you take my insurance?

    Please read our insurance listing on our homepage for a list of accepted insurances. You can always contact your insurance company to inquire about in-network providers.

  • Do you have a sliding scale if I don’t have insurance?

    Please get in touch with the front desk to inquire about sliding scale rates.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    Yes, our policy is 24-hour notice or a $50 fee.

  • Do I have a co-pay?

    Please contact your insurance company to inquire about co-pays and deductibles.

  • Where are you located?

Wellness Assessment Help

  • To get back into your wellness assessment, please log in using your email and order #, which is on the order confirmation receipt.

  • If you have left the assessment for a period of time, you will need to refresh the page in order for the results to be saved.
  • I need to get back into my assessment.

    • I have purchased the assessment, but I haven’t started my assessment yet.

    • Even though I completed the section, I’m missing some results from my summary results page.

    • I had to step away from the assessment and would like to return to it.

    • I exited the assessment page, but I still have sections I need to complete.


    If you still need to include any section in your summary for the wellness assessment, the section may have been partially completed in a timely manner and must be redone. Please log in with your email and order #, which is on the order confirmation receipt.

  • I left the assessment page up and came back later to complete it, but the results were not saved.

    You need to refresh the page if you have been away for a period of time before returning to complete the assessment in order for the results to be saved.

  • I entered an incorrect email address and need to get my results at my correct email address.

    Contact the Rinehart Institute to retrieve the incorrect email address you entered. Once you have the incorrect email address for the wellness assessment, go to our result retrieval page to reroute your results to your correct email address.

  • I have yet to receive (or I lost/deleted) the order confirmation receipt email.

    If you have yet to receive (or have lost) your online order confirmation, you may request a copy by contacting us to get the order number and email address you used to purchase the assessment.

  • I have put the item in the shopping cart, but it isn’t shown there.

    Refresh the page and determine if the item is in there. If the item is still not in the shopping cart, exit out of the Internet browser page and re-open the Rinehart Institute website to try again.

  • I was charged for multiple assessment purchases.

    Please get in touch with the Rinehart Institute for assistance so you may receive the proper refund.

  • I’m having trouble purchasing the assessment (e.g., my credit card is declined)

    The Rinehart Institute does not accept American Express credit cards; please use a different credit or debit card. Contact your bank for details if you are attempting to use an accepted payment form. Contact the Rinehart Institute for further inquiries.

  • I am receiving a purchase failure on an international purchase.

  • After completion, what do the red or yellow dots next to some of the questions mean?

    Red dots indicate warning areas for the participant; yellow dots indicate cautionary areas for the participant.


    Further professional support may be appropriate for the participant. These dots are meant to draw the participant’s attention to a particular question.

  • What do the different factors/categories of my results mean, and how do I interpret the results?

    Physical:

    Moving/Exercise – This is regarding your habits and behaviors pertaining to keeping your physical body fit.

    Risk Prevention – This is regarding your evaluation of your ability to keep yourself safe and out of harm’s way.

    Nutrition – This is regarding your eating habits and nutritional intake.

    Health Care – This is regarding your relationship with health care providers and physical evaluations.


    Spiritual – This is regarding your values, purpose, meaning, and connection to a greater power (i.e., Nature, God, Deities, Collective Consciousness, the Universe, Goddess, etc.).

    Relationship – This is regarding your interactions with others.

    Mental – This is regarding your thoughts, learning, and seeking knowledge.


    Local to Global:

    Community – This is regarding your behaviors as a citizen.

    Earth Environment – This is regarding your behaviors and their impact on the Earth.


    Emotional – This is regarding how you manage your emotions and feelings and understand other people’s emotions and feelings.


    The results are based on a 0-5 scale, with 5 being the highest and 0 being the lowest. For further explanation, please log back into your assessment and read the introduction to the Wellness Assessment.
