The process of breathing is in a manner the core of life itself. Without it we cannot be alive. The breath connects body and mind, is a tool for relaxation, anchor for meditation, basis for voice and singing- emotional and verbal expression. It is also an important cleansing tool. Increased consciousness and efficiency with the breathing process can be a tool for both self knowledge and healing.
