How to complete and get results for your Rinehart Institute Wellness Asssement electronic version.
Tips for completing the Wellness Assessment successfully:
- Please Be Patient!
The assessment consists of hundreds of questions and can take a few moments to load. Please do not "resubmit" until waiting up to several minutes.
- Use a Cross-Platform Browser such as Firefox or Chrome
Using Internet Explorer (Windows) or Safari (Mac) are native browsers which can consequently be affected by the operating system if it itself has technical difficulties. We recommend downloading either of these free web browsers to ensure the best results:
- Complete Assessment Without Stopping
Completing the assessment without stopping or without interruption will help ensure successful submission. In the event you must take a break, be sure to finish the current section first to prevent lost results.
- Ensure the Assessment is Fully Loaded
When starting the Assessment be sure all the tabs are loaded properly on the survey before beginning.
- Use "Next" Button to Submit Each Section
Be sure to submit each section properly when completed
- Save Results for Assistance
If you have any errors submitting your assessment or receive empty results. Use the "Save" option so our technical support can help you and prevent retaking the entire assessment.
